450 MB/s is normal for read speeds; you'll find that many/most SSDs on the market are rated by their manufacturers around that speed, which is slightly more than 3 Gb/s (450 * 8 = 3300 = 3.3 Gb/s) and the 100 MB/s is also pretty normal for budget SSDs
