No i havent added this question in any forum..... There are already many questions regarding internet not working problem and none of the solution works for me except re-installing the OS
Never faced such issue in windows OS though
Use Synaptic Manager to install gnome-control-center
Then you can also use it to fix broken packages as well.
I find it (Synaptic) works well when other ways do not. It has helped me fix broken and dependent packages in the past
