No i havent added this question in any forum..... There are already many questions regarding internet not working problem and none of the solution works for me except re-installing the OS Never faced such issue in windows OS though

Never, ever do that. Now you know why. Run sudo apt update and sudo apt upgrade If that doesn't fix your problem, then reinstall Ubuntu.

Use Synaptic Manager to install gnome-control-center Then you can also use it to fix broken packages as well. I find it (Synaptic) works well when other ways do not. It has helped me fix broken and dependent packages in the past
