I am getting error :-

My Question is :-

1) How to solve this?

2) Repository says that it is for mobile device. Is it safe to remove in laptop?

To answer your question, you can safely uninstall the Ofono package (assuming you're not using it for its intended purpose) with a call to sudo apt-get purge ofono. It's quite likely that the error generated was because, according to your system specs, you don't have a wireless radio that would use Ofono services (i.e., GSM/UMTS).

I'm curious about why you have this installed on your machine. Is (was) there a reason for installing Ofono initially (it's an interesting package)?
