I'm not able to install cURL, the command

sudo apt-get install curl libcurl3 libcurl3-dev php5-curl

shows

packages ... 0%

and nothing else happens.

  1. First install CURL by typing sudo apt install curl
  2. Then Restart Apache by typing sudo service apache2 restart
  3. Then install PHP5 CURL by typing sudo apt install php5-curl
  4. Then Restart Apache by typingsudo service apache2 restart
