I am new to the whole ubuntu and playonlinux system. I installed a bunch of things onto my chromebook to download league of legends using this guide by platypusplatypus.com. However, for some reason when I try to open the playonlinux console the screen flickers for a moment and nothing happens. Because of this I cannot download league of legends. Does anyone know what to do?

Please edit your question to include a link to the guide you followed and some debug logs of your playonlinux script. if you are not yet at the point where you can create such debug logs, elaborate precisely how far you got in that guide and which step failed. – anx Nov 11 '17 at 2:36
  • And, note the following from the same web page : As a side note, this won’t work for every Chromebook. Some models out there just don’t seem to work and League of Legends just refuses to run- even with the same hardware and OS. It’s very bizarre.
