Is there a way to save the current configuration of rules of the firewall and restore it back to the same state if I make some changes to it? I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.

  • Yes. How did you configure your firewall ? – Panther Oct 13 '17 at 5:02
  • The firewall is not configured by me. It is configured by someone else and I took over him as he left the company. My task now is to configure the add in more rules and if my supervisor doesnt want the rules. I have to return the firewall back to the time before i configure – L.Calvin Oct 17 '17 at 2:29
