The name of the PPA doesn't seem to be correct, it should be ppa:cloud-installer/stable. – mook765 Apr 22 '17 at 6:18
  • Trying to install OpenStack? The answer is right there in the error message. You've spelled the name of the PPA incorrectly. It should read ppa:cloud-installer/stable (two lower-case 'L'). – Tom Brossman Apr 22 '17 at 6:19
