First of all, I have to say I'm really new in ubuntu, currently using 16.04 LTS.

At first, I paired via bluetooh my Microsoft mouse with my HP Envy 13 and had no problems. When suddenly, a couple days ago, the mouse, it just stop working.

I try to pair it again, but it says that the conection failed, but when I look on the toolbar-bluetooth icon, says it's conected. Light indicator on the mouse also looks like if it was working. And yes, I checked if the batteries were working.

this is some info I got from terminal...

Also when I 'dmesg output', some code lines showed this:

[ 4543.649332] Bluetooth: SMP security requested but not available

Switching from Windows to linux it's becoming really frustrating at this point :P.

All help is well received!
