I am setting up networking on my ODROID C1 running Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.10.104-181 armv7l) . Internet access over WiFi works fine but when I plug-in the ethernet cable (which has no internet) the internet stops working. I tried solution provided here - How to set up dual wired and wireless connections? and route add default dev wlxe84e060e7296 metric 20 as provided here - Make wifi preferable over wired connection in Ubuntu 14.04? without any success.

Relevant Network Manager screens:

Network connections

Use this connection only for the resources on its network

Here is the output from ifconfig:

odroid@odroid:~$ sudo ifconfig

You might need to set the metrics for which interface has priority. Look here: askubuntu.com/questions/708319/… – Terrance Dec 30 '16 at 15:47
  • @Terrance I did tried that route add default dev wlxe84e060e7296 metric 20 with no success. – user343272 Dec 31 '16 at 7:19
