I've installed linux ubuntu on my macbook. However; it wasn't the version I was looking for. During the installation I was expecting the partition window. But it didn't show up and went straight to the installation. I had chosen the option to install linux alongside mac. now I'd like to remove it. I have found that some of the files have been installed in the volumes folder inside the partition which had my macOS on (I also have another one for windows). Will linux be completely removed if I remove those files or do I need to do something else as well? You know cause I cant format the whole partition and stuff. It's got my macOS on it.
