My integrated webcam has fluctuating relationship with me[like my girlfriend- may be the reason is this fluctuating webcam]. Sometimes it works and sometimes doesnot. It sometimes work in one distro but doesnot in another. However i havenot found a way to make my integrated webcam to work in ubuntu 16.04 of my inspiron 3421. It used to work well in manjaro. In ubuntu its not working with cheese, guvcview, vlc capture, skype, viber.
