I installed the Ubuntu 16.04 a few days age , since then I had some graphical issues and glitches with this version . first of all I couldn't boot Ubuntu in the UEFI mode so I chose the Legacy mode . after the logo was displayed nothing happens and my laptop keeps restarting , I had to select "nomodeset" to install Ubuntu . after the installation progress finished my PC restarts and I saw this message at the boot :

no ums support in radeon module

Then I tried to install fglrx but I realized it's not supported at this version of ubuntu . I updated the kernel but the problem remains . here's my graphic card sepcs :

Update : I boot without "nomodeset" after that , these messages appeared and ubuntu doesn't run2
