In KDE there is an option to keep number work as if it is on:

But it does not work in edit area of Qt Creator. How can I solve this problem?

Try running this

setxkbmap -option numpad:mac

If it works, here is how to make it permanent.

As this didn't work, another suggestion: Use XModmap to remap numpad key to only a digit. Xmodmap manual here. If that will not work, I give up.

Then I ran:

After a restart the problem is solved.
