I am on Ubuntu 20.04.1 and I have a second hard drive: sdb1 (named mee_2) with one partition (FAT32). I used 'disks' to auto-mount it at start up. BUT as user I can not write on it... Which are the correct options to use when configuring auto-mount?
My last try was:
user,rw,nosuid,nodev,nofail,x-gvfs-name=mee_2,x-gvfs-icon=mee_2,x-gvfs-symbolic-icon=mee_2,x-gvfs-show,
/dev/nvme0n1p1 on /boot/efi type vfat (rw,relatime,fmask=0022,dmask=0022,codepage=437,iocharset=iso8859-1,shortname=mixed,errors=remount-ro)
But if Windows also mounts your Windows type partitions, it may set hibernation flag preventing read/write access.UUID=46CD-C9B2 /home/fred/share vfat user,auto,fmask=0113,dmask=0002 0 0
