In windows 10 Enterprise, you can set up the network (wired or Wifi) before logging in. Is it possible to do that in ubuntu ? When I start my laptop, network is running for previously configured network or wired network that did, but network manager is not available.
I want to use centralized authentication.
Obviously, you have to have some credential to access network manager configuration, and without logging, it's kind of a chicken and egg problem : you have to have network to authenticate, and you have to be authenticate to set network.
Whould it be possible to have a temporary network configuration just for the authentication without setting anything on the system ?
