    You already have the answer in your question. "Failed to mount '/dev/sda5': Input/output error NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware." and it list solutions. And to add to it: this is a windows problem: the solution is to fix your windows from windows. – Rinzwind Feb 26 at 15:02
