I was following this tutorial (Digital Ocean: setting up OpenVPN on Debian 8) until I got to this line: export KEY_COUNTRY="US".

Apparently everything after and including that is changed.

I managed to find some other official docs and gather that everything from there to the start of 'key and certificate building' is not required (correct me if I'm wrong, please).

./build-key client1 -> -bash: ./build-key: No such file or directory.

So, I continued and did what commands were available in the tutorial: cp /usr/share/doc/openvpn/examples/sample-config-files/client.conf /etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/keys/client.ovpn. This one worked. I was able to edit the lines in this file. I just copied-and-pasted this file to Windows, but OpenVPN Client asks me for the other files:

Options error: --ca fails with 'ca.crt': No such file or directory (errno=2)
Options error: --cert fails with 'client.crt': No such file or directory (errno=2)
Sat Feb 15 02:39:27 2020 WARNING: cannot stat file 'client.key': No such file or directory (errno=2)
Options error: --key fails with 'client.key'
Sat Feb 15 02:39:27 2020 WARNING: cannot stat file 'ta.key': No such file or directory (errno=2)
Options error: --tls-auth fails with 'ta.key': No such file or directory (errno=2)
Options error: Please correct these errors.
Use --help for more information.

Anyway, clearly this guide is outdated. Without a VPN, I cannot find any other docs that are accessible: the firewall is basically blocking virtually the entire internet. Is it possible that someone would post a guide to finish this tutorial here?
