Looking at the WiFi card specs does not reveal which chipset it has and shows no Linux driver. Therefore, to start with, 1) which version of Linux have you installed (Ubuntu server, Ubuntu desktop, Kubuntu, Lubuntu, Xubuntu, Ubuntu MATE, et al.), and 2) which release number? 3) What is the result of opening a Terminal window and running lspci -vnn | grep Network ? Please click edit and add that vital information to your question. Please do not use Add Comment as Comments will lose the formatting of the results. – K7AAY Feb 13 at 16:44
