I have been all morning trying things, but right now I am stuck with netplan configuration, I have followed several tutorials on how to do so but I never get to ping anything.

my current config is accepted by the "try plan" so I do not know what might be wrong.

current config:

  version: 2
  renderer: networkd
    dhcp4: no
    dhcp6: no
    addresses: []
      adderesses: [,]
  • Without literally any information about your hardware or installed drivers it's not going to be possible to help you out. Can you post your results of: lsusb; lspci; ifconfig – pythonInRelay Feb 10 at 12:25
  • I formated my server now, instead when I am in the configuration screen I see 3 different outputs 2 of them not connected and third showing as enp4s0 eth am so confused – Marcos Collado Feb 10 at 14:02
  • @MarcosCollado without seeing your configuration and the devices available on your system we can't really help, we need more information to understand what exactly is going on in your system. Knowing what network interfaces are available on your server will help. You also have a bad config in what you pasted, because you are missing a colon and indentation for config items underneath the device name. – Thomas Ward Feb 10 at 19:17
