I discovered this while debugging for another issue. Are there any suggestions for next steps? By the way, this doesn't seem to happen if I boot into Windows first. Is it possible that Lenovo Ventage is enforcing some sort of CPU profile that Ubuntu wipes out during shut down? I should also mention Ubuntu crashes during shutdown on occasion, (it sends a crash report on startup, that's how I even knew about it).

I'm currently cleaning up the results from the fwts command, and will post that too if anyone thinks that would b helpful. (why do they print serial numbers in test result log?)

Extra info: Xubuntu 19.10 with linux 5.3.28 mesa 19.3.2 using intel-media-va-driver cpu: i7-1065G7
