HotSpot Lubuntu 18.04.3 No Internet Connection

Question

I have created a hotspot using the NetworkManager UI following tutorials on the internet (e.g.).

# route -n

wlp3s0 is serving the hotspot while enp2s0f0 provides a gateway connected to the internet.

The problem:

I can connect to the the hotspot (*wlp3s0) but I am not connected to the internet. So

#ping -I wlp3s0 google.com

does not work. So my device (e.g. mobile phone) does not connect to the internet.

I thought 10.33.65.0 -> goes to 0.0.0.0 -> 10.33.64.1 (internet). But it does not.

How could I define routes, s.t. wlp3s0 can ping the gateway?
