I have a Dell Inspiron R17 N7110 (Laptop) running a fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04.2.

At startup, I get this message telling me some packages might have missing dependencies.

So I ran sudo apt --fix-broken install and this is the output:

christopher@csubuntu:~$ sudo apt --fix-broken install

It left the .deb files in /var/cache/apt/archives/, so I tried installing them manually from there. That did nothing.

The store After clicking the install button it shows the installing bar at 0%, 100%, 0%, 5%, 68%, and then reverts to the install button as if it weren't installed.

Thanks in advance.
