When I play Minecraft or other game my FPS stay locked to 60 FPS but on Windows 10 I can get up to 300 fps easily.

I tried to change my Minecraft configuration (disable vsync and make unlimited FPS)

After I disabled vsync on Compiz but its same (60FPS)

I also tried to reinstall my Nvidia X server but I don't know why the panel not work look like

My GPU is Nvidia 960M which not being reflected in Settings→Details.
