I'm facing for 2 days the End Kernel Panic issue but none of the following command work: debugging `Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!`

Even using a live-usb flashed with Etcher or Rufus (both 64 bits or 32bits) I end up with this issue. I go through the menu to choose "Try without installing" but whatever the choice I end up with a problem.

Weirdly the first time I tried the procedure using the command line in grub 'set root, linux, initrd..) I managed to reach the desktop but after I tried the "shutdown -rF" command that was supposed to run a diagnosis, I can't make it boot...

For the record I'm using a Dell Precision Tower 3620, IntelCorei7, dual boot with Windows10 (I didn't use for month) and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

Thank you in advance if you have any other ideas I may try.
