Trying to install a package using Conda. I believe Conda is not working correctly, since it seems to think the package is not available despite a search showing it is available. I've installed this package on other machines (windows and mac), but on this particular Ubuntu machine it's messing up. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling conda but that didn't work. I tried anaconda and miniconda. Both failed. I'm running Ubuntu 18.10 with the Xubuntu graphical interface.

Any ideas? Is there a bug or problem with conda on Ubuntu?
