Is it possible to have physical int eth0 with static ip and in same time add vlan int linked to eth0 with automatic dhcp ??

I try this netplan :-

network:
  version: 2
  renderer: NetworkManager
  ethernets:
    eth0:
     dhcp4: no
     addresses: [192.168.100.60/24]
     gateway4: 192.168.100.1
     nameservers:
       addresses: [8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4]
  vlans:
      veth0:
          id: 0
          link: eth0
          dhcp4: yes

but it did not work as eth0 works with 192.168.100.60 and vlan0 do take an auto ip address please help

OK

I think I was misunderstanding I have only one network card and can not add another one As I work on orange-pi zero that is a small board computer

So how to do to let the Ubuntu have two interfaces ( for example one physical and one virtual ) one auto IP And other one is static IP

Is there are some solution ??
