I want to run VNC on my Ubuntu desktop 18.04, I don't want to remove GNOME and install any other desktop environment. How can I do that?

I've tried everything tigervnc, tightvnc, built-in desktop share (vino), except the last one which works some times, the others shows only grey screen. Any suggestions?

Thanks
