i have set up and ubuntu 16.04.5 server. and i have managed to install windows server 2012 r2 on top of it via KVM. Autostart is also enabled. for convenience i did the configuration via the unity desktop enviroment

Now i am trying to get it open the virtual machine after log in where virt-viewer seems to be unable to open the display.

the goal is to simplify it enough that the end user just sees windows is it possible to set it that it "boots into" windows in such a way? perhaps via autologin and some type of script that opens the vm?
