I have two NICs on my Ubuntu 18.04 LTS server and I set first nic (eno1) for Public IP and the second (eno2) for private IP. Here is my 99_config.yaml

# To disable cloud-init's network configuration capabilities, write a file
# /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99-disable-network-config.cfg with the following:
# network: {config: disabled}
network:
    ethernets:
        eno1:
            addresses:
            - 117.111.65.130/29
            gateway4: 117.111.65.129
            nameservers:
                addresses:
                - 8.8.8.8
                - 8.8.4.4
                search: []
        eno2:
            addresses:
            - 192.168.5.20/24
    version: 2

eno1 works fine, but eno2 can't accessed from local network
