I tried installing drivers on Ubuntu 18.04 but when I press apply changes to Using Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA wireless driver source from bcmwl-kernel-source(proprietary) it just says No propeietary drivers are in use. Help please, sorry if I’m not being specific enough. Here is the output from terminal running this command

hb@hb-MacBookAir:~$ lspci - nnk | grep 0280 -A3 03:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Limited BCM4360 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter (14e4:43a0] (rev 03) Subsystem: Apple Inc. BCM4360 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter (106b:0117] Kernel driver in use: bcma-pci-bridge Kernel modules: bcma

  • Please edit your question to add the result of the terminal command: lspci -nnk | grep 0280 -A3 Welcome to Ask Ubuntu. – chili555 Sep 25 '18 at 13:56
