So I have multiple 3G usb dongles that I'm attaching to an Ubuntu 16.04 server.

The devices are getting detected by LSUSB fine.

But only the first device is getting a network IP address.

I have noticed that they all have the same MAC address, I have tried spoofing the address, the device seems to not get a new IP address .

Could someone help me understand if there is a way to observe what is happening so I can formulate a solution....
