This question already has an answer here:

Most of my crouton/ubuntu commands are gone and don't exist anymore. Some examples are: dpkg, wget, apt-get, locate and many more. I don't know how to delete crouton/ubuntu without apt-get.

I've looked on many forums and websites for how to reinstall the commands that are missing and how to delete crouton/ubuntu without having access to commands such as apt-get.

If you know what to do please reply.

I am guessing while you are in the Chromebook OS you would do it something like what this shows: askubuntu.com/questions/885740/… – Terrance Sep 8 '18 at 18:17
