This question already has an answer here:

i have upgraded from 16.04 to 18.04 recently. The system before was a 14.04. Now im doing some cleaning as i have the "new OS". One thing im facing is that there are some repositories ive been adding in order to install some packages or applications.

The thing is that some of them are not updated to bionic or i dont remember for what reason i added them and which apps/packages they have.

Is a script or way to know for example:

http://ppa.launchpad.net/diesch/testing/ubuntu/dists/bionic/main/binary-amd64/ which packages of this repo are installed in the system and to uninstall the ones i dont need any more ?

In ubuntu are many repository files :

Note: Ive been trying ppa-manager but seems i cant get with it.

Note2: I know a fresh install is the best way, but i want to learn how to manage repos and i have tons of configurations that id have to deal with if i do it.
