I recently switched to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS but I’m having problems with my desktop, my desktop won’t show my wallpaper neither any of my icons! I’ve literally tried everything! I was able to switch by using and application in the Linux mint App Store and entered the command “Sudo apt-install Ubuntu-desktop” I have no idea if it has something to do with how I installed it, an answer would be amazing! Thanks.
