This question already has an answer here:

I am very new to Ubuntu this is my first time using Linux. After using:

see linux_commands.txt

All the text that the txt file contains is shown in the terminal like this: Terminal screenshot

My question is simple: how do I get out of this mode and keep using the Terminal without opening a new one? I tried pressing the END key, but it doesn't work. Is there a command I am missing out on?

see command is an example of pager, aka software that allows reading text one page at a time. Other commands like that are more and less. See the linked duplicate. Basically, just press q as steeldriver suggested – Sergiy Kolodyazhnyy Jul 28 '18 at 23:00
