My Lenovo X1 Carbon with Ubuntu release 18.04 has started blinking two weeks ago. The blinking happened already before upgrading Ubuntu to the latest version. The blinking does NOT occur during BIOS or Bootup, only starts occurring when the Bootup terminates.

EDIT: After noticing that the blinking was "location dependent", I realized that it increased when I was at some special same points, while it decreased in some other areas. It turns out that the areas where this blinking occurs frequently are where there are a lot of wifis, and every time my computer tries to connect to a wifi, it starts blinking. In airplane mode, the blinking stops, so it's definitely happening due to the wifi module. It seems to be wifi frequency dependent, with some wifis the blinking does not occur. Has anyone any suggestions?
