I would like to change my Bluetooth settings so that Low energy is on at startup.

Currently, at startup I have to enter the following commands:

sudo btmgmt le on

Then I enter my password and my mouse/headphones work.

I would like to alter the default state of btmgmt so that it starts with this setting on. I'm not sure if I alter the file in /usr/bin/ or perhaps another file?

How can I set low energy on at startup?
