I've installed Ubuntu Bionic on an HP Probook 470 G5 with an i7-8550U CPU.

But in /proc/cpuinfo I see:

siblings: 1
cpu cores: 1

I believe I should see:

siblings: 8
cpu cores: 4

If I'm right, what can I do to change this?
