After installing gnome-tweak-tool and gnome-shell-extensions on Ubuntu 16.04, I am still missing Extensions under Tweak Tool UI. How can I resolve this issue so I can use GNOME Extensions from https://extensions.gnome.org/ on my Chrome or Firefox?

sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell-extensions

What exactly did you want to achieve using GNOME extension(s)? Post that instead as a question and then you'll have a higher chance to get relevant answer(s). This one looks like an XY problem. – pomsky Apr 2 '18 at 2:16
