This question already has an answer here:

I have just installed Ubuntu 16.04 and I wanted to watch something on Netflix. I logged in, allowed Firefox to install software for DRM content, but when I wanted to watch something I got an error. Code: F7355-1204. I searched and found many answers, tried deleting cache and cookies, refreshed the browser, etc. and nothing changed. What do I do?

  • Have you done apt-get update,apt-get upgrade and apt-get dist-upgrade ? I use Netflix normally with firefox 59.0.1 on ubuntu x64 – E_Angel Mar 22 '18 at 2:41
  • @EliasAlves Yes I have! When I try watching something through Chrome, I have no issues. I'm using the 59.0.1 version, also on ubuntu x64, and Netlfix's error message includes a warning to make sure to use an official version of Firefox... I believe the one that comes installed with the distro is official though. RIght? – Areg Sarvazyan Mar 22 '18 at 3:28
