I have no Bluetooth connectivity (No adapters found) on Dell Latitude E7470 with Ubuntu 17.10.

bluetooth settings

I read some related questions, which has helped me.

$ rfkill list all
0: dell-wifi: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no

but if I check Bluetooth status, it shows like

$ sudo service bluetooth status
