I made a fresh install of Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS and I installed Openstack novalxd with conjure-up. Every seemed to work fine, I created and started an instance and tryed to connect to the console via the dashboard. Here is where problems starts because I am unable to connect, it shows the error: Unable to load console. Please reload page to try again.

I already downloaded and sourced the OpenStack RC File hoping to solve the problem, but with no luck. These are my openstack configurations:

I noticed while looking for a solution that most people say to modify the nova.conf file, but i don't have it on my server since i just wanted to access instances via the dashboard GUI (does it make sense?? I mean conjure-up didn't install any of it and it wasn't in the prerequisites).

EDIT: I noticed that i can't ping any of my instances. If i create an instance on the internal network it gets filtered. If it create it on the ext_net there is no route to destination.
