I configured my system to be in English except for keyboard, time and units It's been working as expected until now. Today dpkg
, apt-get
and apt-cache
started to report in Turkish.
When I type dpkg xxx
I get the error in Turkish:

I failed to find a way to change the language setting of these specific commands. It's very frustrating that something like that changes without me changing it.
I have tried sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
, nothing changed.
