Feel free to look up the documentation on Microsoft's website. That's the command.

Windows can rebuild the BCD if you run bootrec /rebuildbcd

comment Bad sound quality
I would not recommend using this, because as an audio enthusiast myself, this creates way too dang much latency, thus causing crackling and distortion. You are better off buying better headphones and possibly an external amp than using this.

comment Can I download genuine Ubuntu from www.ubuntu.com?
Genuine is terminology only used on Windows where you have license keys versus pirated copies. Linux distributions like Ubuntu do not have license keys and restrictions, therefore all Linux distros are genuine.

comment Is it possible to limit the user from writing data?
Who needs a wall of text when a concise answer is all you need? There's a difference between laziness and being concise.

Naveen, his question makes perfect sense if you understand English.

comment Is it possible to limit the user from writing data?
Rinzwind, it's not that big of a deal. Not every file needs to be kept writeable. As long as files are still kept readable to the user, all works out fine.

As stated in the answer above, this is from Windows and it modifies the boot configuration data so that the Windows UEFI entry points to Ubuntu's bootloader instead of Windows'.

comment Graphics drivers for Intel Nuc (DE3815TYKE)
Line breaks don't work on comments. It seems your GPU is fine, but if you are trying to get it to decode video with the GPU, you do need to make sure that you have the hardware decoding packages installed. That would be mesa-vdpau-drivers in trusty. You may also want to check whether your video player is using vdpau, X11, or OpenGL for playback.

comment Printer installation problems under ubuntu 14.04
Did you try manually selecting different printer drivers? If your printer has multiple drivers, perhaps one of them is faulty.

comment Is there a way to make catalyst driver work in Trusty for the radeon hd4330?
Unless you compile an ancient version of Xorg and use an older kernel, there is no way. What's wrong with the open source drivers though? They should have better performance than Catalyst.

comment Error accessing files through Samba, cifs-utils and smbclient
It's actually an answer, not a comment. Don't use automatic for MTU. Set a value that works best for the NIC. The default MTU is usually 1500, so try 1000 or lower. As I said before, coming from experience, MTU errors causes this kind of issue.

comment QEMU NFS client cannot mount exported file system
It's better if you use AutoFS for mounting NFS shares rather than NFS directly.
