Welcome to Ask Ubuntu! Whilst this may theoretically answer the question, it would be preferable to include the essential parts of the answer here, and provide the link for reference.

Why do you spend such few time on the review queue and do you plan to spend more time there, regardless of the result of this election?

@casperOne Well, what shall I say - it is efficient. :D

@karthick87 Yes, but why do you want to become a moderator? What would change for you?

@Manishearth Oh, fully aware of that. I was just playing along with this ridiculous nonsense.

@EvanCarroll Ah, that is great, indeed. Now, if I may ask, how do you define "honesty" when you go out calling "CORRUPTION!" without anything to back it up? This seems like a defamation rather than honesty.

@EvanCarroll As you are obviously unaware of the Code of Conduct (the nomination instructions, therefore) and thus seem quite uninvolved with the Ubuntu community at large - What do you have to offer to the Ask Ubuntu community, that any of the people who magically managed to find and sign the CoC before nominating themselves do not?

Wonderful. Please do include the source link, though, as it may have further information. In fact, try to always include the material you used to come to the answer. :)

How much do I know about the philosophy behind closing? What with me helping with our Cleanup, lurking the Regulators Room and having a helpful flag per day with "only" 1k rep and a couple of months here, and active Meta participation, I'd say "quite much, but refinable". (From the chat)

What would I do about an improvable and closeable question? I would prefer to improve it alongside closing it, so the resulting answer is viable for a Q&A format - after all, the issue should still be described in the best manner possible, when found. I've often suggested edits alongside flagging in the review queue (sometimes it's just not doable on the spot), and I find this the most beneficial in the long run, even if it takes a little more effort when dealing with a post. You might want to elaborate on it a bit, rather than just linking to it - What does it do, how does it work, how to use it?

Well then, the obligatory questions: What would you do, if you were to become moderator, and why do you want to become a moderator to begin with?

@Alenanno This and this should help. It 'lays out the "ground rules" for cooperation within the Ubuntu community' and as such is pretty much our philosophy to live by. :)

If it's too fast to read, get a camera and catch it in-action. ;)
