Unfortunately many of these suggestions I can't try very well until I have this problem askubuntu.com/questions/283252/… addressed.

I have only started using opera today because for whatever reason all my other web browsers (Chrome, chromium & firefox) can't seem to load the runescape java applet properly for me.

OK I did what you said as far as following that guide and I got up to (under Compiling qBittorrent (with the Qt4 graphical interface)) ./configure at which point I received the same error as I put in my question. I have done all the building of dependencies mentioned in the guide but for some reason this didn't work.

The program 'svn' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing: sudo apt-get install subversion oops rofl I oversaw this, I should probably run sudo apt-get install subversion. By the way how do I get the code I write in comments formatted the way your code is?

I didn't add this extra information because it's not really relevant. If it had worked before I would have specified, I told you that it just doesn't show the hydrogens, plus rarely in questions like this does the version of Ubuntu come into the question especially since this website is for the currently supported Ubuntu variants, which to my knowledge is 10.04, 12.04 and 12.10 at the moment. I will though just to make you happy
