OK I did what you said as far as following that guide and I got up to (under Compiling qBittorrent (with the Qt4 graphical interface)) ./configure at which point I received the same error as I put in my question. I have done all the building of dependencies mentioned in the guide but for some reason this didn't work. Apr14 comment How do I install qBittorrent 3.0.9 from the tarball? OK, thanks. Shall do Apr8 comment How do I get Jmol to show implicit Hydrogens? I have added this information to the question Apr8 comment How do I get Jmol to show implicit Hydrogens? I didn't add this extra information because it's not really relevant. If it had worked before I would have specified, I told you that it just doesn't show the hydrogens, plus rarely in questions like this does the version of Ubuntu come into the question especially since this website is for the currently supported Ubuntu variants, which to my knowledge is 10.04, 12.04 and 12.10 at the moment. I will though just to make you happy Apr8 comment How do I get Jmol to show implicit Hydrogens? What sort of specifics? I have no idea what else I can tell you
