PHP Mail Function User Restrictions? if you are using windows (probably you're not) read the first comment here php.net/manual/en/ref.mail.php . it might be related to some misconfiguration on your sever . and read this link jvfconsulting.com/blog/190/… your IP address might have been blacklisted |
