comment Launch rails webrick server at startup
I am not sure what do you mean by starting it from terminal. However, I tried both on terminal and GUI approaches. For GUI approach (which you linked on your answer): I entered this line: "/home/myname/.rvm/rubies/ruby-2.0.0-head/bin/ruby /home/myname/redmine-2.3.1/script/rails server webrick -e production &" to "command" field (and event removed the ampersand character at the end of the command). They both not working. I also added "x" permission to all users to file under ~/.config/autostart/webrick and /etc/rc.local. I'm really getting hairy with this.

Radeanu thanks for your answer but they both are not working for me. Any other idea?

comment Ubuntu map multiple keys to a single key
P/S: I found the instruction for answering my question in the link above (which is this command: xmodmap -e "keycode 46 mod1 = l Left"), but it just doesn't work :D.

I mean just press two keys "Alt" + "l" together, and that will have the same affect like I press the "Left" arrow key. Meaning that I will add the alternative for "Left" arrow key. I do so because the "Left" arrow is too far from my hand to reach to.

comment Setting path for apache
Hi Ketan Patel. Thank you for your answer. However, I want to configure the path to start apache. That is to say, I can simply type: apache2 restart, instead of /etc/init.d/apache2 restart.
