comment How can I make my ubuntu 11.10 use less of my memory and processor?
What do u mean by less of my processor? With your current spec, you will have difficulty in running Ubuntu on your system. try Xubuntu.

comment I need some suggestions for my system, about Speeding Up Ubuntu
@Eray, I mean to say, if you are not running applications which require insane amount memory you not feel the difference. Ex. you are running application which need memory beyond 3Gb in that case OS will swap out data, which will cause performance issue. For "You will not get noticeable performance ....." - If your OS memory requirement is less than 3GB while running your all the applications, you will not feel the difference by installing 64Bit Ubuntu unless you are doing some complex calculation like 3D rendering or Scientific calculation. Which I assume you are not.

comment Installation problems on Windows7
Have you selected the install Grub to the HDD? You can see the linux partition from the windows 7. If you really want to check the partition then open the disk manager in windows 7, there it will list the linux partition as unknown partition.

comment How do I get a ZTE MF651 USB Modem working?
I hope you can recognize RJ45 female pin, if not then search for it in google and see how does it looks. Then check the back side of your modem for similar port. If it is there then your modem supports eth port.
